Areas we cover
Where we work
Everything starts from Motherwell. Lanarkshire and Glasgow are where most of the work is; Central Scotland is routine; and long-distance moves go anywhere in mainland UK. If your town is not named below, the answer is almost certainly still yes — ask.
Lanarkshire
North and South Lanarkshire — Motherwell, Wishaw, Bellshill, Airdrie, Coatbridge, Cumbernauld, Hamilton, East Kilbride, Blantyre, Cambuslang, Rutherglen, Larkhall, Lanark and the towns between them. This is home; the vans are here overnight.
Removals in LanarkshireGlasgow
The whole city — West End, Southside, city centre, East End, the north, and out through Bearsden, Milngavie, Giffnock and Newton Mearns. Roughly half an hour from the yard, which is why we work there constantly without pretending to have an office there.
Removals in GlasgowCentral Scotland
Falkirk, Stirling, Cumbernauld, Renfrewshire, Ayrshire and the surrounding areas. Edinburgh too, though it is further and worth booking earlier.
The rest of the UK
Long-distance moves out of Scotland and into it, anywhere in mainland UK. These are planned differently from a local job — sometimes across two days rather than one.
Long-distance removalsTowns
Where we have written it up in detail
South Lanarkshire
East Kilbride
Scotland’s first new town, which means the moves here are unlike anywhere else in Lanarkshire.
North Lanarkshire
Airdrie
A traditional Lanarkshire town — which means older stone housing and tighter streets than the new-town estates nearby.
South Lanarkshire
Blantyre
The one town where clearance is as much of the work as removals — and the search data says so.
North Lanarkshire
Motherwell
The one town where we are not travelling to the job — we are already here.
Falkirk
Falkirk
The town that commutes both ways — half an hour to Glasgow, half an hour to Edinburgh.
Renfrewshire
Paisley
Tenement town. The skill that makes our Glasgow work good is the same skill here.
Stirling
Stirling
The steepest, narrowest access we deal with anywhere — and the reason surveys matter here.
East Ayrshire
Kilmarnock
Where people go for more house per pound — which means more to move than the room count suggests.
South Ayrshire
Ayr
Coastal, period, and often a downsize after thirty years in the same house.
Why there is no page for every town
Coverage is a fact, not a landing page
A page saying “removals in [town]” with the town name swapped tells you nothing you did not already know, and Google has got good at spotting them. We would rather write five pages properly than fifteen badly.
So Glasgow, Lanarkshire, East Kilbride, Airdrie and Blantyre have their own pages, because the moves there are genuinely different — a tenement close is not the same problem as a new-town driveway, and neither is a clearance. Everywhere else is covered by the same crews, the same vehicles and the same quote process.
What actually decides your price is the property and the access, not which side of a council boundary it sits on.

Put both postcodes in and we will tell you. It takes a couple of minutes and there is nothing to commit to.
